Fenders can be expensive to replace if lost. Here is one we found floating along the Arkansas River. We estimate its value new is around $64.00 us. We have some simple suggestions that might help you get your fender back if lost. 


1. Write your boat name with a permanent marker some where on your fender.
 
2.Tie your fender extra tight so it will not fall off.
 
3.Write your Phone number on the Fender be sure to include your area code or how your country has your phone number place it somewhere were if found the person can contact you.

4.When under way pull your fenders off the side of the boat place somewhere were it will not be in your way and will not fall over board.
